Azek PVC Trim

Congleton Lumber stocks a full line of Azek trim. Azek does not split, warp or rot, it is easily milled and can be laminated to create unique designs or match existing profiles. When heated, Azek can be manipulated to follow curvatures or archways thus providing design options you just can’t get in wood.

Fypon

Light weight and easy to install, Fypon molded millwork is made to replicate most exterior wood profiles. Its polyurethane composite makes it versatile and resistant to elements that commonly breakdown natural products, because of this, Fypon is able to offer a limited Life Time Warranty.

Timber Tech

Timber Tech is a premier composite decking that uses a combination of recycled wood fiber and pure plastic resins. Unlike wood, Timber Tech, does not require painting, staining, or sealing and is resistant to weathering and fading. Congleton Lumber stocks all of the sizes and colors available in Twin Finish and Earthood along with matching Fascia and Risers. Timber Tech also has a complete line of railing systems, from the contemporary Builders Rail which combines metal balusters with composite dimensional, to the sleek and timeless Radiance Rail available in black and white. Timber Tech comes with a 25 year limited warranty.

Engineered Wood Products

LVL’s (Laminated Veneer Lumber) and I-Joists are engineered wood products that are stronger and more reliable than traditional solid woodbeams and joists. They have all but eliminated waste due to inconsistencies such as warping and cupping and use up to 50% less wood, efficiently utilizing a valuable natural resource.

Boise is certified by the SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) and National Chain of Custody, these two certifications assure that every fiber of wood has come from sustainable forestry practices.
